may be more complicated then you want. If you already have tivo there is a transmitter you can buy that will send the shows you record to your computer via a wireless network you can then burn or store them.

I need to record HDTV I know some cards can do the over the air HDTV but I want to do the other ones as well like the new music channel and dicovery etc...
I hope my tv never comes alive and grows legs because i'd hate to kill it.
Luke, It's time for a renaissance! Your blog is getting to be just a little bit dull. I mean, build your own tivo, come on. You’re better than that. I wanna see more cow tattoos, afros, mardi gras news, political commentary, ju jitsu, and especially more sausage balls of which we haven't seen the likes since 12/14/2005! You gotta give your readers something to keep comin back to. Something with some real meat!
